What should I do if I am having trouble logging in to MyCampus?
You should have received an email with your user name (which is your EDF Energy email address) and your password.
If you have misplaced this, or not received an email, please go to the MyCampus home page, click on the Can't access your account? button, and reset your password.
Please note that if you are a contractor you may not currently have a MyCampus account. If you believe you need access please discuss this with your EDF Energy line manager, who can request access on your behalf.
If you have a query about a course, or course completion data
Please contact the course owner. You can find the contact details in the 'Course Contact' Box at the top left of each page in your course.
If you are having technical issues, please contact the IT Service Desk:For non-accredited network (red)
- You can log and review incidents, raise and view service requests with the IT Service Desk using the online IT Service point.
- Or speak to a colleague in the IT service desk on extension 777 (option 1) or 01392 353955 | open Mon – Fri 07:00 – 18:00 and Sat 07:00 – 12:00.
For accredited networks (blue/green)
- You can log and review incidents, raise and view service requests with the IT service desk using the online IT Service point.
